MASQUE BAR GREEN TEA SHEET MASK

FOR DAYS YOU ARE AWAY FROM HOME

Masque Bar Green Tea Sheet Mask  |  £9.99

"Helps minimise the appearance of dark spots and various pigmentation irregularities for a more even complexion".
I've tried a couple sheet masks and haven't really gotten along with them well. The ones I previously used didn't do much to my skin except slightly dry them out. I thought I'd give these ones another go as they are from another brand. I received quite a few different sheet masks from the lovely team at Kilpatick PR, which I'll be reviewing once I've tried them a couple times.

To kick of the Masque Bar Masks series we have the Green Tea Sheet Mask. Each mask pack contains 3 masks- some clay and some sheets.
As soon as I took the mask out, I noticed it was soaked in some sort of product. The mask was easy to unfold and place onto my face. After reading several reviews online, even I thought the mask is too small. However, I don't think people fully opened up the mask (the mask also stretches).
After 35 minutes I peeled off the mask and felt a refreshing tingling sensation on my face- a lot of the moisture from the mask was left behind. I didn't see a huge difference to my skin the first time, but after my second use 2 days later I noticed certain areas of my face much brighter than usual.
PROS
- I love how the mask can be kept on for 20-30 minutes unlike other masks- not scrubbing off needed, yay! A good old soak + backstreet boys + this sheet mask = perfect pamper session
- Noticed some brightened areas on my face after second use
- Sheet masks are perfect when you're away for a few days as it's a 'straight out the packet' kinda mask
- Exclusively available at Boots - yay to Boots advantage points!
CONS
- some may find the mask quite fiddly
