What is Glossybox?
Glossybox is a monthly beauty and skincare subscription box which contains 5-6 luxury products for you to try out. You will receive a box on the first working day of the month and it's the best way to discover new brands/products as well as classic faves. *Many thanks to the Glossybox team for sending this months box for review purposes!

This months box is inspired by summer and how much us girls love it! The box is packed with all things to help us get through the heat: Valquer Ice Hair Mask Total Repair which is a hair mask with a cooling effect that enhances the effect of macadamia oil. Macadamia oil is full of rich moisture, perfect for dry, brittle hair. I have a love-hate relationship with Batiste 2 in 1 Invisible Dry Shampoo & Conditioner, I have used this before and it took me a while to figure out the best way to use it. You have to use this particular spray very sparingly unlike other Batiste hair products, otherwise you'll be left with a pile of greasy mess. I prefer to use it on the ends of my hair to condition them as opposed to the roots.

Moving on from haircare, we have Modellauncher's Safari Sun Bronzer which has a pretty animal print. It compliments my medium-tan complexion really well with its lightweight texture. It has a matte, slightly satin finish and blends out really well. I am very much a bronzer girl and can't wait to use this in more of my makeup looks. Essence is a brand which we can easily purchase here in the UK from your nearest Wilko. They're quite popular for their super affordable lipsticks and lip liners (which I love). The box contains their Essence live.laugh.celebrate Palette along with some singles shadows in My Special (highlight), Rhythm of the Night (blush), TGIF (eyeshadow) and It's My Birthday (eyeshadow).

My favourite makeup item in this months box is Rodial Suede Lips in Big Apple. It's smooth, creamy and such a gorgeous everyday shade.
