NYX have been
doing so well with their new releases recently. From their Lip Lingerie’s,
contour products and new shades for their Soft Matte Lip Cream range. I can’t
believe I’ve never done a review on my Soft Matte Lip Creams already. They were
SO high in demand about a year ago when they weren’t so easily available.
Wearing NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Berlin
I’ve been a
fan of their lip products for a long time when I managed to get a few from
Beauty Joint (click here) - perfect for everyday wear. They originally had 21
shades in their collection and have recently released another 12 shades. All
the shades dry a matte finish within seconds and some shades last longer than
others.
Original shades
London: medium brown
Abu Dhabi: deep pinky brown
Monte Carlo: deep cranberry red
New shades
Rome: medium nude with red undertone
Madrid: cranberry red
Budapest: deep mauve with red undertone
Dubai: medium cool toned brown
Berlin: medium warm toned brown

I’d definitely
describe the entire collection as a hit and miss. Some shades appear to be a
little bit on the streaky side whereas some are highly pigmented. I mentioned
fragrance as a pro and a con as it can be an issue for those who do not like
products that are highly scented.
