I don't own many drugstore foundations because of how limited the shade range is from all the brands. When Maybelline's Fit Me range was first released, there were only a handful of shades available but in the last 3-4 months medium to deep shades were finally released here in the UK. I matched myself to shade 250 which is a tiny bit light on me but nothing a little bronzer can't fix.

Maybelline claim:

"Ideal for normal to oily skin types, the makeup is infused with micro-powders to help control shine and blur pores; it glides effortlessly across skin, blending seamlessly to visibly minimise the appearance of pores and imperfections. Expect a more even toned, flawless complexion".

Boots and Superdrug now stock a whooping 16 different shades and is priced at only £7, what a bargain for a foundation. The foundation is creamy/velvety in texture and glides on pretty well, I love blending it in with my trusty beautyblender which gives me such a flawless finish with medium coverage. It has a silky, powder-like finish, so it doesn't need any extra powders to set. Although it's targeted to those with normal to oily skin, I have dry skin and at first it did cling to all my dry patches. But after testing it out with the right moisturiser and primer, I made it work for my skin.
The foundation has been specifically designed to blur out the appearance of pores (hence why 'poreless' is in the name) and shine while still maintaining a smooth, matte finish. It does this pretty well and lasts around 5 hours on me before certain areas of my face begins to look dry. I spritz my favourite facial mist to add a little moisture into my skin to maintain that flawless base.

Packaging: Tube 30ml
Shade: 250
Finish: Matte
Skin type: Targeted to normal to oily skin
Coverage: Medium

It makes a great everyday foundation, especially on days where you just want a light base as it doesn't look or have that cakey feel to it. There are some days where I wake up with dull, dry skin and I know those are the days I have to avoid using this foundation. Otherwise, I only use about two pea sizes for my face and it looks great on me!
