LANCOME TEINT IDOLE ULTRA WEAR 24 HOUR FOUNDATION REVIEW

There was once a time not long ago, I didn't own many foundations. If you've been following me on social media, you'll know how much I love love love this foundation. The team at House of Fraser kindly sent this to me for review purposes, all opinions are my own. I have the shade Sable, it is the perfect shade and I love that it comes in a sleek, glass bottle too (and with a pump)!

I use two small pea size amounts which I dot around my face, spritz some primer water and then use my trusty beautyblender to blend it in. The foundation blends in so seamlessly and has a semi-matte finish with some radiance showing through. I do moisturise and prime well beforehand to prevent and it sits very well on my dry skin - doesn't cling onto to any dry patches. It lasts a good 8-9 hours without melting off but towards the end of the day, my skin does tend to look and feel slightly oily. I do spritz Pixi Glow Mist throughout the day to encourage its longevity. I have seen girls on Youtube with oily skin loving this foundation too so it's definitely one for all skin types.

I would say it is a medium to buildable coverage and I only apply a small amount to slightly even out my complexion. It's very lightweight and with the light layer, my skin still shows through. It's very much a 'your skin but better' kinda foundation and it doesn't have any flashbacks.

OVERALL
A great everyday, lightweight base as well as a great occasional foundation too as it doesn't have any flashbacks. It doesn't feel cakey on the skin and lasts a good amount of time. It's available in a whooping 40 different shades so there's definitely one to match every complexion.
